This beautifully bred and elegant young gelding is by Royal Hit, who tragically died earlier this year. Royal Hit, a premium licensed imported Oldenburger stallion, had been creating a dynasty of international quality horses in Australia.
Falcon Royale’s dam is Skansen Cloud 9 by Jet Set D, one of the most successful Dutch dressage stallions. Cloud 9 is an exceptional mare with supermodel looks and extravagant movement. At the 2009 Southern Highlands Auction of the Stars, two young horses out of Skansen Cloud 9 - Falcon Lunar and Falcon Disco Hit (by Royal Hit), both sold in the highest price bracket.
This is an opportunity to purchase a rare and promising young horse, ready to begin his dressage career. He has been professionally broken in and trained at Sue Hearn’s stable, Birrabongie. Currently showing huge potential under saddle, ‘Rubin’ has the most amazing movement, he literally floats around the arena with beautiful, soft, elastic suspension.
Rubin has a wonderful temperament, is extremely quiet and easy to handle. Although he windsucks, this in no way affects his condition. He represents an amazing opportunity to purchase a hugely talented young horse at a modest price.
